HOTEL POLICY

Check In Time: 1400 Hours
Check Out Time: 1200 Hours

CANCELLATION

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified within 3 days before date of arrival, the first night fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

NO SHOW

Guest who does not arrive within 24 hours of check in date will be charged the total amount of reservation.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

All children are welcome
Up to two (2) children below six (6) years old can stay in the room when using the existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 9 per night per person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra bed in a room is one (1) only.
Any kind of cots requested must be confirmed by the hotel.

DEPOSIT

To guarantee your reservation, 10% of the total charged will be collected as your deposit and this is non-refundable.

AIRPORT PICK-UP

Pick-up arrangement will be accepted at least 3 days before the arrival. Email the complete flight details at shogunsuites@yahoo.com.

INTERNET

WIFI is available in the entire hotel and free of charge.

MEAL PLAN

Breakfast for 2 per night is included in the room rate. Extra guests? breakfast are charged separately.

PARKING

Free private parking is possible on site for guest only.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

NO FIREARMS

Firearms or any life threatening weapons are prohibited. Management reserves the right to confiscate and withhold possession throughout duration of guest?s stay.

ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS

AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, EURO/MASTERCARD, JCB The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

SUPPLEMENTAL COST

Supplements cost will not be calculated automatically upon check ?in and have to be paid separately upon check out.

SAFETY VAULT

Money, valuables and important documents must be deposited in the safety box provided by the hotel and available free of charge. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss of items inside the room unattended.

KEYS

Any key?s not surrendered or got loss during check out shall be charge P 500.00.
